The Process Explained:
Step 1: Assessment of your Clinic
Before assessing your clinic, we understand the importance of your privacy. Pt Health has a confidentiality and non-competition agreement that will protect you and your clinic details. Once approved by you, our physiotherapy consultant will take an in-depth look at your location and perform a full onsite assessment of your clinic. This includes a complete evaluation of all components of the existing operation: Staff interviews and surveys, chart and financial audits, patient surveys and interviews, reviewing current and past marketing initiatives, reviewing your billing program for possible errors in collection and a complete physical audit of your facility and it’s equipment.
Step 2: Analysis of Information and Presentation of an Action Plan
Once step 1 is complete, our physiotherapy consultanting team will meet to develop and fine-tune an action plan based on the observations and results of the evaluation. We will develop any training programs that may be required, and present steps to remove inefficiencies within your clinic. This could include new protocols regarding patient services, clinical practices, charting, booking and billing. The pt Health team will create a detailed step-by-step timeline for the action plan with specific assignment of tasks and new roles and duties for each member or your team.
We will then meet with you to review the recommended action plan and ensure that it can meet your goals. Any changes to the plan can be made in this early stage to ensure maximum feasibility for your particular clinic. The resources and materials required for success will be presented and ordered prior to the implementation of the action plan.
Step 3: Take Action!
A pt Health Physiotherapy Consultant and your staff members will meet as a team and individually to review their expected roles. At this time we will lay out the detailed plan with key dates and performance metrics for each role and ensure each staff member is aware of their duties in their specific role.
A follow up will be set for 3 months after our work in step 3 is complete, to ensure the clinic is performing at the level you expect.
