Our Clinic Team
Mehran graduated from the University of Medical Science in Iran and obtained his bachelor of physiotherapy honours in 1997. He is a registered Physiotherapist with the Iranian Physiotherapy Association and the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. He has been working more than 20 years in outpatient clinic and hospital settings.
He is mostly experienced to treat low back pain, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and different types of soft tissue injuries.
His focus is on active physiotherapy, exercise therapy and using modalities to optimize his patients’ conditions. He will be satisfied when his patients get better and get back to normal-pain-free live and activities.Mehran is interested to take advanced physiotherapy courses to upgrade his skills.

Michelle is currently working as a Physiotherapy assistant at pt Health Main & Gerrard Physiotherapy Clinic. She has been working in the clinic since 2012. She has completed her Bachelor degree as a Physiotherapy in the Philippines. She went to Israel to work other job and then decided to work her in Canada for better opportunities.
She is now pursuing her career to become a license Canadian PT. She loves travelling and listening to music during her spare time. She attended various seminars and courses related to Physiotherapy to enhance and further her knowledge. Her work experience in different clinics exposed her in different scenarios that strengthen her Physiotherapy Assistant skills.

Armi obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines and continued to pursue her interest in that field by joining pt Health Main and Gerrard Physiotherapy as a Physiotherapy assistant in 2012. She has also worked and volunteered as a team member of non profit organization, Foursquare Medical & Dental Mission, during 2000-2004 in her home country before she came to Canada.
She enjoyed helping people of all ages suffering from pain, injury, illnesses, or disabilities through exercises. She has also completed the training and restorative therapy preogram in Toronto Health School in 2012.
She looks forward to continuing to assist, help and encourage people to maintain wellness by using her knowledge and experiences.
In her spare time, Armi loves to sing, cook, and travel with her family.
Hadi Fateh Nemati
Hadi Fateh Nemati has 16 years of experience providing physiotherapy to a diverse patient population in outpatient clinics, in Ontario and five years’ experience providing physiotherapy to a diverse patient population in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals in Iran. He has experience in developing comprehensive treatment plans including education, exercise prescription, functional exercise, goal setting, pain education, functional retraining, return to work planning, and mobility retraining.
Hadi has also had the opportunity to taking part in a senior’s education program on the topic of Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. Over the course of the past 21 years of practicing physiotherapy, he has taken courses focusing on advanced manual therapy skills, sport injuries and pain management.
Farhad (Fred) Dorali
Registered Massage TherapistSpeaks: English
Fred Dorali studied physiotherapy and worked as a registered physiotherapist in both hospital and clinic settings for 19 years in Iran. He then moved to Canada where he worked for two years as a resident physiotherapist in Toronto before making the transition to massage therapist.
Fred studied massage therapy at the Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada and has worked as a Registered Massage Therapist in spa and clinic settings since 2019. His main areas of interest are sports injuries as well as the management of pain and headaches. Fred also works with MVA clients and is a certified personal trainer through canfitpro.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, including his background in physiotherapy, Fred strives to provide complete and effective treatments to his clients.
