Our clinic is open and offering in-person treatment in addition to Virtual Care services. Due to the new restrictions announced by the Government of Alberta, Massage Therapy services are permitted with a referral from a regulated health professional such as a Medical Doctor, Physiotherapist or Chiropractor.

ChiropractorSpeaks: English, Hindi, PunjabiDr. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology & Genetics from the University of British Columbia in 2000. He continued on to achieve his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2003. He most recently completed both the Arthritis Society's Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program. Mike has been in practice since 2003 and has started up and managed multiple clinics. Currently, he collaborates with multiple specialties- physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture/IMS, kinesiology, psychology, naturopathic medicine and personal trainers. His focus is always on improving his patient's function and performance by incorporating chiropractic adjustments, home exercise prescription and teaching self-managing techniques to his patients. When Dr. Mike is not at work, he can be found at home spending time with his family or exercising at the gym!!Sunjot Khinda
Chiropractor - Doctor of ChiropracticSpeaks: English, Hindi, PunjabDr. Sunjot Khinda was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Winnipeg. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr. Khinda moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Khinda utilizes various techniques, suited to her patient’s needs, which include: gentle spinal manipulation, flexion-distraction, ProStim, Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Technique, as well as rehabilitative exercises and nutritional recommendations. Dr. Khinda is Webster certified and a current member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She has worked closely with infants and expectant mothers, during every trimester of pregnancy. Dr. Khinda also had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, at both state and national levels. Dr. Khinda is a professionally trained dancer and former dance instructor? therefore, is familiar with conditions commonly seen in dancers and athletes.SUDHIR SHENOY
Physiotherapist - BPT, DAC-CAFCISpeaks: English, Urdu, Hindi, Kannada, TeluguSudhir graduated from Mangalore University, India in 1999. He has been practicing in various multi-disciplinary hospitals, private practice and rehabilitation centres. Sudhir has worked in India, Singapore and now in Canada. His primary area of interest is Orthopedics, with a special focus on craniofacial pain and chronic pain. His skills in orthopedics are supplemented by his practice of acupuncture and myofascial release. Sudhir has completed the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute certification for acupuncture treatment in physiotherapy. He also has a keen interest in manual therapy, which he has learned over his past seven years of work as a physiotherapist. Sudhir?s extensive experience allows him to provide treatment for many complex and varied conditions. He has had the opportunity to practice in a variety of clinical settings ranging from multidisciplinary outpatient clinics to numerous types of hospital settings in. Moustafa is certified in Kinetacore Level 1 functional dry needling and also a manual therapy practitioner. Moustafa has achieved his CRAFTA (Craniofacial Therapy Academy) certificate for craniomandibular dysfunction which allows him to assess and treat various types of facial and jaw dysfunction as well as concussion related symptoms. Moustafa is a vestibular rehabilitation therapist and can successfully treat certain types of dizziness. He works with a variety of orthopedic and neurological injuries particularly in motor vehicle accident sufferers and work-related injuries. Among his areas of interest in practice are treating shoulder and back injuries.Rafeeq Ansari

He also has a background in sport therapy working with a variety of sports teams including basketball, volleyball, soccer & handball. He attended as in field PT for premier league soccer matches at Kuwait. He provides a variety of treatment methods including manual therapy, exercise prescription, return to work/function activities, dry needling and modalities at clinic. Massage TherapistSpeaks: EnglishKim graduated in 2001 with distinction from Foothills College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the National Healthcare Practitioners of Canada. She has been practicing massage for the last 16 years and specializes in therapeutic massage,trigger point release,pre and post natal massage,motor vehicle accidents and sports massage. Along with a thorough assessment she also incorporates strengthening and stretching exercises into treatment plans,and is a firm believer in education and injury prevention. Outside of the clinic she is highly involved in volunteering in animal welfare and is an avid fan of rugby which she herself played at an elite level for 13 years.Arvin Kalar

Arvin is known for the detailed and meticulous nature of his work. He specializes in sports massage, deep tissue massage, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain, while incorporating activerelease, cupping, join mobilization and PNF stretching into his treatments. After conducting a thorough assessment andusing his extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology and remedial exercise, he will prepare a care plan that includestakehome stretching and strengthening. After working for more than a year, she moved to Canada for further studies. Here, she achieved a post graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management with honours from Humber College, Toronto. This program enhanced her skills in preparing exercise programs for individuals with different medical/surgical conditions. Priyanka is now a recognized physiotherapist in Canada. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and will be setting her sights next on achieving manual therapy levels and pelvic floor physiotherapy.Tanushree Nanda

She is passionate about patient-centred care and encourages every patient to have confidence in their rehabilitation. Tanushree's clinical interest include therapeutic taping (K-Taping), sports rehabilitation, and patient education. Motivated to make a positive difference in patients lives, Tanushree has over eight years experience in many settings including, clinical, hospital, and community care rehabilitation. Tanushree holds a Masters degree in Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Kurukshetra University. Tanushree has additional training in K-Taping.
