PhysiotherapistSpeaks: EnglishSaadman graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2011. His treatment philosophy emphasizes the delivery of evidence-based, individualized treatments involving manual therapy, exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, education to empower clients in optimizing their health and well-being and hands-on approach to his treatments. He believes in providing his patients with tools to remain active and healthy.
In his spare time, Saadman enjoys staying active through swimming and running. He also loves listening to music and exploring new places. He speaks English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.

Laura is licensed through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, graduating from Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018. She has experience with patients of various ages and ability, as well as a range of techniques (taking a special interest in deep tissue and trigger point massage).
Her passion is to improve her patients’ quality of life and give them the tools and the education necessary to get the most out of their treatments.
Jessica completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree and an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at McMaster University. Her post-graduate education includes completion of courses in Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Soft Tissue Release Training, Acupuncture, Vestibular and Pelvic Health. She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports injury and neurological conditions in both a clinical and the hospital setting.
Jessica is also a rostered pelvic physiotherapist with knowledge treating conditions related to incontinence, prolapses, pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy & post-natal related dysfunction and diastasis recti. She believes in using a combination of manual therapy, exercise training and education to help her patients maximize their strength, movement and function. Jessica focuses on using a holistic, client-centred and evidence-based approach to fulfill the goals and help improve the well being of all her clients. Jessica has most recently completed both the Arthritis Society's Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys discovering new hiking trails, spending time with her friends and family and sampling foods from around the world.
Graduating from McGill University in early 2019, Pierre blends evidence-based manual and active treatment techniques for Orthopedic patients of all ages and ability levels.
His methodology emphasizes practical and efficient solutions for acute and chronic patient conditions, seeking to empower patients and improve their overall quality of life.
Pierre also has more than 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and several years of experience as a Nutrition Consultant.
He is also the co-author of the premier academic study for the analysis of sports-related injuries within the Canadian Football League (CFL) (2020).
He currently acting Clinical Director at Harvester Road Physiotherapy (Burlington).
Farnaz Najm Abadi
Dr. Farnaz Najm (DC, BSc Honours Kinesiology) is an evidence-based practitioner who has completed the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She is focused on the promotion of health and wellness, and the prevention of illness.
Dr. Najm is experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions such as work-related sprain/strain, low back pain, neck pain, migraines/headaches, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel.
Trained in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) approach, Dr. Najm is able to optimize function, improve performance and achieve their best wellbeing, and to prevent future recurrence. This approach encompasses a variety of treatment options including: Chiropractic Manipulation/Mobilization, Soft Tissue Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Postural advice, Custom Orthotics, and Rehabilitation programs.
