  Andy graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. This was followed by a flight over to Australia to obtain his Master's in Physiotherapy at Griffith University in Gold Coast. 

  He focuses on injuries related to all areas of the body both surgical/non-surgical, neurological, and chronic in nature. He believes an individualized 1-on-1 treatment approach is the key to every patient’s success.

  When not at work, Andy loves exploring different sites within and outside of Canada. He enjoys staying active playing basketball, hiking, and camping at the various beautiful parks around the province.

  Sandra Quick
  Massage Therapist

  As a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto in 2002, Sandra has enjoyed working with the young, old, and in between. She started her practice in Kingston, where she grew up and calls her home. Shortly after she started her practice she implemented and taught infant massage for new Moms and Dads at Childbirth Kingston.

  After 4 years in Kingston and teaching part-time, her passion for massage and teaching grew. She decided to further pursue teaching and looked to London. Since Oct. 2006, Sandra has been teaching at Medix College a variety of courses including Treatments and Assessments, Remedial Exercise, Human Relations, Law and Ethics, and Hydrotherapy. She fully feels the balance between the teaching and practising massage therapy is a good fit for her, as well benefits both her students and clients.

  Some of the other courses she has taken since graduating in 2002 are, Myofascial release, muscle energy, hot stone, Perinatal support, and reiki. Sandra also have a certification in reflexology that she received in 1999.

  Karen Tyssen
  Physiotherapist

  Karen is a Registered Physiotherapist who completed an Honours Kinesiology degree in 2005 at the University of Western Ontario. She then completed a Master of Physiotherapy from Western in 2007. Since graduating, Karen went on to complete her Master of Clinical Science in Spinal Manipulation in 2015 and became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT).

  Karen has additional post-graduate training in orthopaedics, sports injuries, running-specific injuries and running gait assessment, female and male pelvic health, acupuncture, concussion and vestibular care, selective functional movement testing and neurological rehab.

  Karen enjoys treating a variety of patients and injuries and has built a strong reputation in the running and triathlon community. She has worked with beginner, recreational, provincial, national and international level athletes. These include cross country, track and field, road and trail runners as well as sprint to ironman triathletes.

  Riddhi Maharajwala

  Riddhi is Registered Physiotherapist who attained her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy in 2013 from SNDT University, India. She continued her practice in the field of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as well as in Women’s health. To further enhance her practice in exercise programs, she completed her diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in London, ON in 2018. 

  She enjoys providing various manual therapies and individualised treatment programs to help her clients with their symptoms and injuries, and to achieve their functional goals. She is interested in taking specialised courses for pelvic heath and dry needling in near future. 

   When not working, she likes travelling and hiking or spend her leisure time playing music and painting.
