Matthew's approach to physiotherapy emphasizes a holistic assessment of the body, followed by client education, exercise prescription and manual therapy alongside other modalities such as dry needling and taping. He is a passionate advocate for active rehabilitation and believes this is the key to a successful recovery. Using this approach, Matthew has achieved many career accomplishments, a highlight being selected as the team physiotherapist for the Victoria Country State Basketball Team during the 2015 and 2016 Australian U18 Junior National Basketball Championships. In his spare time, Matthew can be found in the gym or on the mountains snowboarding and hiking. Matthew also loves watching, talking, and (despite his lack of height) playing basketball.

Her sporting experiences have led Jessie to taking a keen interest in concussion treatment, prevention, and advocacy. Jessie has experience working with many client populations including athletes, seniors, and people with disabilities. These experiences have helped develop her treatment approach that uses a biomechanical lens to look at the injury and the body as a whole. Her treatments are centred on hands-on therapy, education, and therapeutic exercise. Thereby alleviating pain, improving movement, and preventing reinjury to get you back to your passion!
