Brendon graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and has experience working with ice hockey teams at the Midget AA level. Brendon enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions and has experience in many settings including: private practice, acute care and outpatient orthopaedics.
Brendon’s strengths are his passion for movement and his analytic mindset for breaking down imbalances and movement patterns. Working through his own injury, Brendon learned that his best outcome resulted from taking charge of his own rehabilitation and hopes to equip his patients with the same outlook, returning his patients to function with a combination of manual therapy, modalities, acupuncture and movement with therapeutic exercise. Brendon is certified to provide acupuncture (CAFCI) and is a Graston Technique™ Provider.
Brendon Ip has most recently completed both the Arthritis Society’s Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program.
In his spare time, Brendon can be found in the gym, rock climbing, hiking, designing graphics or experimenting with cooking.
