Eryn is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 2200hr Massage Therapy program, with a focus on the therapeutic and orthopedic massage. Before attending the CITCM, Eryn attained her Bachelors of Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta, graduating in 2017.
Eryn has both personal and professional experience with many conditions including postural dysfunctions, muscular imbalances, repetitive use injuries, athletic injuries, and headaches.
Eryn’s treatment method incorporates myofascial techniques, cupping, acupressure, gua sha, soft tissue release, swedish massage and PNF stretching into her treatments. Her knowledge of exercise prescription is incorporated into her treatments for injury prevention and rehabilitation, allowing for the creation of a sustainable treatment plan for her clients.
When she is not working or finishing her Traditional Chinese Medicine program, she can be found running, biking, kayaking, nordic skiing, hiking or camping in the mountains.
