Farhana attended the University of Alberta, where she received her BSc. Biological Sciences with Distinction in 2014 and went on to complete the MSc. Physical Therapy program in 2017.

Farhana has a keen interest in treating orthopaedic and motor vehicle accident injuries but enjoys the challenge of treating a variety of different conditions. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise prescription, cupping therapy and patient education into her physiotherapy treatment sessions. Farhana is K-Taping Pro certified and hopes to pursue further certification in manual therapy, graston technique, and acupuncture/intra-muscular stimulation in the future.

Farhana enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible (especially when the sun is shining) and spending quality time with friends, family, and her beloved dog Winston. When she’s not at the clinic, you may find Farhana at the gym, trying out different restaurants throughout the city, or volunteering with the Edmonton Humane Society.
