Josee is a physiotherapist residing in Rothesay, NB. She graduated from UNB Fredericton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2013, continuing on to Dalhousie University for a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy graduating from there in 2016. Since that time, Josee has taken many courses including Acupuncture and Dry needling, pain science, and certifications with the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute.
Originally from Grand Falls NB, Josee is fluently bilingual and enjoys providing treatments to patients in their preferred language. Her treatment style is active based, focusing on clients abilities and home exercise programs. As an active person herself, Josee knows that the benefits of physical activity goes beyond only the physical. “Exercise is medicine” is something that Josee believes in and lives by. Josee enjoys the outdoors, running, biking, hiking with her dogs, golfing and playing volleyball. She has also participated in a few races including the Fredericton and Halifax half marathons and the Hampton Ladies sprint triathlon.
