Keith graduated with his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. With Keith’s commitment to lifelong learning he has taken numerous postgraduate courses to advance his skills in orthopaedic assessments and treatments. These courses consist of the National Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative levels 2 and 3, Kinetacore Functional dry needling, traditional Acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada, and Assessment and treatment of Movement System Impairment Syndromes. Keith has most recently completed both the Arthritis Society’s Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program.

Keith comes from a sports and physical active background. He enjoys playing hockey, squash, softball, mountain biking, running, hiking, and swimming. He truly practices what he preaches with a healthy lifestyle.

Keith believes that with a thorough assessment and a client centered rehabilitation program, not only will his clients reach their goals but will have the knowledge and understanding to help prevent the injury from happening again.
