Kelsey is a born and raised Calgarian who graduated with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.
Kelsey enjoys working with patients of all different ages, backgrounds and activity levels. She believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their recovery and health by providing the tools and knowledge to achieve this and prevent re-injury. She uses her knowledge gained as a kinesiologist and personal passion of exercise to develop tailored exercise programs.
Kelsey has completed her Canadian Orthopedic Level 1 in Manual Therapy and plans to continue her education by challenging her Orthopedic Levels 2 and 3, and functional dry needling this year.
Outside of work, Kelsey spends her time knitting, reading, lifting weights, sweating in spin classes and being in the mountains.
