Laudina was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, and moved to Winnipeg, MB in 2008, where she completed her BSc in Biochemistry. She then attended the University of Alberta, where she obtained an MSc in Physical Therapy (2018). While getting her Master’s degree, Laudina completed placements in various settings, including orthopedic, family medicine, rehabilitation units in hospitals, women’s health clinic, and private physiotherapy practice. She is well equipped to treat patients with a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory linked conditions.

Laudina’s treatment philosophy is centred around effective patient-therapist collaboration to determine her patients’ goals, provision of individualized treatment programs and patient education. She is driven to help her patients master self-management of their conditions and afford them the ability to participate in the activities they love. Her clinical interests lie in musculoskeletal and Women’s Health physical therapy. She has completed her Level 1 Internal Pelvic Health course. She plans to develop her clinical practice by obtaining the following certifications: orthopedic levels, vestibular rehabilitation, acupuncture, and dry needling.

Outside of work, Laudina loves watching movies, discovering new places and enjoying a good meal with friends.
