Lester is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, with previous studies in Fitness and Health Promotion at Seneca College. He has experience treating a variety of individuals presenting with different conditions, whether it be in specialize clinical settings, hospitals, rehab centres, or sporting events. As a therapist, he is focused on goal-setting and seeks to find patterns that connect to a patient’s issue through proper assessment and understanding all objective and subjective information. As a skilled practitioner, Lester aims to use both manual therapy and therapeutic exercise for his treatment plans. He also finds it important to educate his patients, whether it be helping them understand their pain or discomfort, or giving suggestions on ways to help progress them into reaching their goals and achieve optimal function. Some of his skills include General Swedish Techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and General Relaxation/Wellness Massage. During his free time, Lester likes to dance, watch basketball, and occasionally play around with photography.
