Time to Stretch!

If you’re working from home, or have a job that requires you to sit for extended periods of time – don’t forget to take a stretch break. Try doing these five stretches daily to help ease the pains and strains from sitting at a desk or table all day.

 

Note: These stretches should produce a comfortable stretching sensation. If you experience any sharp or shooting pain, stop and please contact a physiotherapist.
