No obligation appointments are completely private and confidential and typically take about 15 minutes. We want all of our patients to have a full idea of what to expect from a pt Health clinic and our no obligation appointments allow us to do that free of charge.
A few of the things you’ll learn about include:

Physiotherapy helps those who have been injured by car accidents, sports, and repetitive strain.
It also helps people who are recovering from a cardiovascular event, surgery, childbirth, and those with an ongoing condition like arthritis or sciatica that needs management.
Physiotherapists use movement and exercise to increase and restore the optimal range of motion and function. It helps to prevent the onset of further dysfunction or disability. Basically, we help you to move and function more freely and stop things from getting worse.
All Physiotherapists are licensed health care professionals who have spent years in post-secondary education developing their clinical expertise. Physiotherapists specialize in rehabilitation of the musculoskelatal system the soft tissues, muscles, nerves, and tendons in your body.
How it Helps
Are you experiencing pain? Our approach, clinically, is to first provide you with relief from pain using a drug-free approach. However, none of what our clinicians do is generalized. We believe that every patient is unique with unique needs that need to be specifically addressed.
Our physiotherapists do a very specific and thorough assessment of each patient. Everything is tailored to your individual injury, condition, needs, and desired outcome. They’ll talk to you about what your goals are for recovery and how you can work together to get there.
After your pain is controlled, preventing your injury or condition from worsening and causing you more discomfort and pain is the first step. The next step is to restore strength and stability and to improve flexibility and mobility. In order to do this, physiotherapists prescribe personalized therapeutic exercises or stretches that can be done at home as well as during treatment sessions at the clinic. They will also educate you about your body by teaching you what is keeping it from working and why, how to restore mobility and independence, and how to avoid or prevent further risk and harm in the future.
We offer Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Orthotics, Bracing, and Compression Stockings. All of these services can be used alone or in combination with other therapeutic approaches to help you recover as quckly and safely as possible.
