PT Health Awarded LandMark Village Physiotherapy Contract

front_01PT Health was recently awarded a contract to provide long-term physiotherapy care and services at Landmark Village, a new, beautiful retirement community located in beautiful Sarnia, Ontario.

The retirement community offers resort-style living to seniors that includes spa facilities, a wellness center, exercise rooms and most importantly, access to health and wellness services, education, physical fitness programs, medication management, and 24-hour emergency response.

PT Health’s Sarnia Community Care Physiotherapy staff is happy to join hands with the retirement community to provide services and amenities to the residents of Landmark Village. Physiotherapy care and services include but are not limited to reducing injuries through the proper use of lifts and proper transfer procedures, implementing fall prevention programs, reducing lost workdays due to injuries to caregivers resulting from incorrect transfers and avoiding fractures and serious injuries to residents caused by slips and falls.

The retirement community is home to residents with a multitude of medical and health needs, and PT Health’s commitment to providing superlative care and services to those residents is of prime importance when it comes to eldercare and quality of life issues.
