PT Health’s Dunnville Physiotherapy now has a new home as reported by Doreen Hoover of the The Chronicle Newspaper.

Dunnville physiotherapy and massage therapy clinic held an open house at its new location in the former Medical Centre building at 420 Lock St. West on Nov. 4. For the past three years the clinic was located in the downtown core on Lock Street East.

Dunnville Physiotherapy was looking for a larger location so when the Medical Centre building, located right across from Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, became available it was an ideal fit.

“There’s not a lot of suitable spaces in Dunnville for this type of operation so when this space opened up I worked closely with hospital CAO John Clarke who has been really supportive of this,” owner and registered physiotherapist Peter Ruttan said. “With this move we have gone from 1,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Our staff has increased, and we can now offer a full gym, multiple therapy rooms, wheelchair accessibility and lots of parking.”

“There’s a lot more room and it’s a lot brighter,” he added. “We’re also close to the hospital so people are coming right over. It’s very convenient.”
