April was a memorable month for many pt Health employees, friends, family, and physiotherapy students as they ran the 28th Annual Vancouver Sun Run. More than 50 participants joined the pt Health Sun Run team in what has become the largest timed 10K race in Canada, and second largest in the world with over 50,000 runners.
The pt Health team enjoyed some pre-race stretches led by our own kinesiologists and Cardio Go staff. A bright sunny day, the 10K route circled downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, crossed two downtown bridges, and ended at the Plaza of Nations downtown.
