Our Clinic Team
Dr. Karandeep S. Riar earned a Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and then went on to complete a Doctorate in Chiropractic. While completing his one-year internship, Dr. Riar was recognized with the health centre award for clinical excellence. Dr. Riar has obtained in-depth training in chiropractic adjusting, myofascial release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, functional movement analysis, the use of various modalities, orthotics therapy and rehabilitation therapy.
Dr. Riar also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Riar is a firm advocate of patient-centered evidence-based healthcare. He spends a lot of time keeping up-to-date on current literature and attending various musculoskeletal seminars to expand his knowledge and apply it to patient care. His approach consists of getting patients out of pain as well as identifying and correcting aberrant movement and motor patterns that led to the patient’s problem in the first place.
In his spare time, Dr. Riar enjoys keeping fit through resistance training, running and playing basketball.

Zabir graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and post Graduate from Tesside’s University, England in Physiotherapy studies. Zabir has more than 10 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist in various settings.
Zabir continues to expand his knowledge and skill set and has taken courses on mobilizations, rapid myofascial release, cupping, acupuncture and dry needling, and TMJ management. He has been working with pt Health since 2018 as a Physiotherapist and now he is the Clinic Director at Four Seasons Physiotherapy - pt Health.
Zabir strongly believes he can help people through his skills, knowledge and passion for assisting people recover from injuries.

Pardis is a Physiotherapy Assistant at Four Seasons Physiotherapy. She has over 15 years of experience working as a health practitioner. She graduated from Toronto School of Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture degree and has been doing the licensing procedure to be a registered Acupuncturist.
She is committed to helping improve the patient’s well-being, while providing the best experience and care during their difficult times. Pardis enjoys interacting with patients and making their visits as smooth and comfortable as possible. She is confident and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your questions and concerns are well taken care of.
Outside work, Pardis is an artist and loves watercolor painting besides spending time with her family and is passionate about reading and traveling.

Resident PhysiotherapistSpeaks: English
Shweta received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) in 2015 and Master's degree in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy (MPT) in 2017 from Gujarat University, India. She is a Resident Physiotherapist with an experience of treating various musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions. She is a strong believer of exercise therapy and manual therapy. Shweta likes to educate her patients about their condition and then creating a specific treatment plan according to patient’s rehabilitation needs.
Shweta has done Mulligan and Neurodynamic Studies and aspires to learn Acupuncture and Vestibular physiotherapy. Shweta speaks English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Occupational TherapistSpeaks: English
Amara graduated from McGill University in 2022 with a MSc.A in Occupational Therapy after completing a BA Hon. from the University of Toronto. Amara works with a range of adult and older adult clientele in the area of motor vehicle accidents, concussion, long term disabilities, and work place incidents.
She aims to provide support to progress her clients' functional performance and satisfaction with their daily meaningful activities. She believes in a "client first" approach to collaborate and prioritize client goals in what they would like to achieve.
Amara is certified in ergonomic assessments and is also part of Lifemarks Senior Wellness Program. She is continuing her education into providing mental health support with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Outside of work, Amara enjoys exploring Mississauga's multicultural food scene with friends and family, along with walks in nature and a good book. Amara is from a South Asian background and fluent in Urdu/Hindi.
